Standard Delivery
- FREE per trip
- We deliver your item on your preferred date and time slot.
- We only deliver in Singapore.
- Loose items like balloons and soft toys are not eligible for free delivery on their own. Together with main items like flower bouquets, they are free! Please contact us for delivery charge.
Our time slots are:
- Mondays to Saturdays: 10am to 2pm, 1pm to 5pm, 5pm to 10pm
- On Sundays and Public Holidays: the available time slots are 10am to 5pm and 12pm to 5pm.
Specific Time Delivery
- SGD 25.00 per trip
- Make your order online and have it delivered on your preferred date and pin-point time.
- Please allow a 20 to 40 minute grace period due to potential unforeseen traffic circumstances.

Delivery fee for all wedding items is S$10 All wedding items will be delivered with priority in the standard delivery timeslot.

Delivery Restrictions and Notes
Accurate Information
Customers are required to provide accurate details such as the delivery address and contact number of recipient to ensure there will be no barrier to fulfilment. Where an overseas number is provided, we will not contact by phone. We will only email, unless special instructions are given to Whatsapp.
Delivery Cut Off
We do same day delivery too. There is no cut-off time for same day delivery. Amazing, isn’t it?!
E.g., if it is currently 1:29 pm, you can still order for your item to be delivered for the 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm time slot. However, once you have missed the time slot, you would need to go for the next time slot.
E.g., if it is currently 1:30 pm, the 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm time slot is no longer available. The next available time slot would be 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Re-deliveries
Please note that for re-deliveries in circumstances such as one listed below, will be charged at $20.
As such, we advice customers to include a location in the “Nominate a Safe Place for Flowers” box during checkout to prevent unnecessary charges.

3. Recipient is not home, and both the buyer and recipient are uncontactable for more than 10 mins, without any prior special delivery instructions given.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is FREE. Choose your preferred time slot out of the 3 given time slots of
10:00 am to 2:00 pm,
1:30 pm to 5:00 pm,
5:00 pm to 10:00 pm

- Select ‘Free Delivery’as you proceed to check out.
- At the next screen, you will be able toselect your preferred delivery date and time slot.
Specific Time Delivery
For S$25.00, select the specific timing in which you would like your item to be delivered.
There will still be 35 to 45 mins of buffer time required
- Select ‘Specific Time Delivery’as you proceed to check out.
- Move the points on the ‘Hour’ and ‘Minute’ glider to your preferred Specific Time.
Contactless Delivery
Our driver will not ask your recipient to sign, but follow your contactless delivery instructions!
During the checkout process, fill your contactless delivery instructions under “Special Delivery Instructions”, and then “Nominate a safe place” for our driver to place it for zero contact with the receiver!
