1. Purchasing your helium balloons:
Our Helium Balloons are separated into many different categories, ranging from Balloon Bouquet, Heart & Star Foil Balloons, Alphanumeric Balloons, Birthday, 1st Birthday, Wedding Balloons, Newborn Baby Balloons and Get Well Soon Balloons to normal Latex Balloons. We have sorted out our balloons depending on your occasion and needs, so you will be able to more easily find the best balloons through our menu; Party Supplies
- For ordering of balloons, you can visit either our Party Supplies Singapore landing page, or access our other categories through the menu drop down.
- No minimum order is required.
- Choose your preferred helium balloons.
- Simply click “Add to Cart” to add your selected helium balloons to your cart
- Click “Check out”, when you’re done selecting your balloons
- Delivery Fees are applied to the order total at checkout depending on the type of balloons you have ordered, as well as the quantity.
2. Delivery Fees and other Charges
Delivery Fees on our helium balloons vary.
For Standard Time Range Delivery of Balloons:
Foil Balloons (Character, Birthday, Get Well Soon, Baby Hamper, Star Shape helium Balloons): $15 flat rate delivery charge within Singapore
Loose Latex Helium Balloons & Balloon Bouquet: $30 flat rate delivery charge within Singapore
For Specific Time Delivery of Balloons:
Foil Balloons (Character, Birthday, Get Well Soon, Baby Hamper, Star Shape helium Balloons): $30 flat rate delivery charge within Singapore
Loose Latex Helium Balloons & Balloon Bouquet: $40 flat rate delivery charge within Singapore
Delivery of helium balloon bouquets for every area in Singapore except Tuas, Sentosa and Army Camps will be as stated. For deliveries to Tuas, Sentosa or Army Camps, we reserve the right to charge additional fees by notifying you ahead of the delivery time.
3. How does delivery work?
Balloons will be delivered by our dedicated, professional drivers. Your balloons will arrive at your location in neat bunches. Should you have ordered loose latex balloons, they will come to you in bunches of 10, or 20. These bunches will be held down by balloon weights, so you do not have to worry about your balloons flying off. Foil Balloons will also come with a balloon weight.
Rest assured that your balloons will come in perfect condition. Floral Garage Singapore staff will pump up your helium balloons prior to delivery, and we will always make sure that the balloons are pumped in the perfect size to withstand transportation rigours, prevent popping, and to arrive in great presentable condition. We will always put in extra balloons to be ready for any contingencies.
Balloons Ordered together with Flowers
For Balloons that are ordered together with Flowers, gift hampers, or other related items, these balloons will either be tied down with balloons weights, or be attached to the flowers. This is so as to make the most beautiful combination. Should you have any specific idea in mind to combine the flowers and the balloons, do let us know in your order notes.
Self-Collection of Balloons will be free, and the location for collection of balloons will be at 756 Upper Serangoon Road, Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre, #03-34
4. Delivery Date and Time Range
Monday – Saturday, including Public Holidays. Sunday deliveries will be subject to availability. Do contact us beforehand if you need to receive your order on a Sunday.
Delivery is from 10.30am – 9pm, subject to availability.
Order of balloons will be in a time range. We have three delivery time ranges currently available, and these are 10am – 1pm, 1pm – 5pm, and 5pm- 10pm. Should you require specific time delivery, there will be additional charges, and you can select the option for “Specific Time Delivery” at checkout. Do refer to the above section for the additional charges for specific time delivery.
Do allow for a buffer time of 15-30 minutes for specific time delivery. This is due to unforseeable traffic conditions that might hinder our delivery.
Payment Methods
We accept Credit/Debit Card Payment
Bank transfer is accepted
Strictly no COD (Cash on Delivery), or Credit Term Payment except for Corporate Customers (Companies who have signed up for a corporate account with us)

6. Email Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us with the invoice of your items purchased. Currently, our invoices are facing some technical problems so specific variations of balloons are not shown. However, rest assured that the information is already recording into our system.
For Self-Collection, simply show this invoice to our friendly staff at our shop to verify your purchase and collect your order.
7. Your helium balloons will be delivered to your location
- No exchange/refund is allowed once balloons are handed-over in good condition
- Buffer delivery time of 30 minutes should be expected, as we cannot predict traffic conditions.

8. Self-Collection of Balloons
Self-Collection of Balloons will be at 756 Upper Serangoon Road, Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre, #03-34. It is important for us to pump your balloons at the last minute, so it would be good if you could drop us a text or e-mail on the day you are collecting to let us know what time you will be coming down to collect your balloons. This way, your balloons can have maximum life span. Also, it would be good to make sure that you have prepared adequate transportation to transport your balloon orders to your desired location.
Float Time and inflation
We inflate your helium balloons 1-2 hours before delivery time.
Latex Balloons can float for up to 6-8 hours.
Foil balloons can float for up to 2 days.
To maximize the lifespan of your balloons, try to avoid extremely hot or cold conditions, and avoid moving them in and out of different temperature environments.
Avoid putting balloons near to light, as well as any strong electronic equipment. The static generated from some electrical appliances might be enough to pop these balloons.
